Course Description

Human Error has been a contributing factor in approximately 80 percent of commercial aircraft accidents, which far outweighs mechanical of technical failure. Human Factors are the underlying reasons that Human Errors are made.

The SureConsult Human Factors Training Course is an introductory program that provides participants with an understanding and awareness of the Human Factors that can potentially lead to accidents and incidents. The course also provides the participant with real-world examples of Human Factors and provides mitigation strategies to assist in eliminating Human Factor events in day-to-day operations.

Who should take this Course?

The SureConsult Human Factors Training Course is applicable to all segments of the aviation industry, with a particular focus on aircraft ground handling activities. The course should be taken by all personnel participating in aircraft ground handling activities.

Course Completion:

After completion of the SureConsult Human Factors Training Course, the participant will be required to successfully complete an online exam. If the participant completes the course and passes the exam, the participant will be issued a Completion Certificate, which will be valid from the date of completion until July 31, 2023.
