SureOps Hangar Anti-Icing Training Program

Course Description:

Aircraft anti-icing fluids can be applied to clean critical aircraft surfaces inside a hangar, to prevent snow, ice and other contaminants from accumulating on the aircraft during winter operations. 

The SureOps Hangar Anti-Icing Training Program is designed to teach personnel how to safely and effectively apply aircraft anti-icing fluids in hangar operations in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

This course is targeted to the North American market.


Who should take this Course?

The SureOps Hangar Anti-Icing Training Program is intended for:

  • Companies that apply Type 3 or Type 4 aircraft anti-icing fluids in a hangar in North America; and/or
  •  All company personnel with responsibilities in hangar anti-icing operations.


Course Duration:

The approximate duration of this course is 2 to 3 hours.


Course Language:

This course is given in English.


Course Completion:

After completion of the online Training Program, all participants will be required to successfully pass an online exam. If the participant completes the course and passes the exam, the participant will be issued with a Completion Certificate, which will be valid from the date of completion until July 31, 2023.
